Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made for Zivra quizzes, passes, and events. Zivra is operated as part of Eminora Ventures Private Limited.

1. General Principle

Payments for quiz passes and registrations are generally non-refundable as they involve immediate digital access and administrative allocation.

2. Refund-Eligible Cases

A refund or credit may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment for the same user and quiz;
  • Payment debited but registration not confirmed due to verified technical failure;
  • Quiz cancelled by Zivra without alternate slots.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Participant misses the quiz;
  • User-side technical or internet issues;
  • Disqualification due to cheating or rule violation.

4. Requesting a Refund

Refund requests must be sent to contact@eminora.in with your transaction ID and registered phone number.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are usually processed within 7-10 working days. The actual credit depends on your bank or payment provider.
